History

Proficiency Labs is the brainchild of a group of friends trained in Computer Science, Healthcare and Law. This international consortium of common minds wanted a mechanism to effect positive change in the world. They pooled their collective skills together and decided to create a company that would allow their talents and interests to combine to provide holistic solutions to the developing and developed worlds.
